Throughout her career, she had the privilege of working in various educational roles, including Her professional experience spans a variety of educational roles, including elementary (Teacher-Awardee 2013) , high school, undergraduate (college), and graduate professor (masteral), post-graduate (doctoral) professor, elementary school principal, and private school director/founder/School Owner in Cebu City, Philippines. Moreover, Dr. Inocian has engaged in advanced training in Tokyo, Japan, and Seoul, Korea, broadening her pedagogical perspective and intercultural competence. In United States, Dr. Inocian has taught Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Math Strategies, Financial Literacy, and Geometry at West Mesa High School and Valley High School, earning the “Teacher Making a Difference” award. She served for six consecutive years in Albuquerque Public Schools (APS), where she was recognized by the Board of Education in Albuquerque Public School (2019) as “Being the Key to Students’ Success.”
